Proper Distance I
The suite Proper Distance is constructed of portraits in environment where the traditional portrait dimensions are challenged with large scale vistas of the grounds where the person used to work/live. The individual becomes a fraction of the entire scenery that formed the life of this person. You have to get close to catch all the details, and especially to see the person in the picture, but the whole installation runs like a continuous line: you can back away to see it, or you can follow its course.
